Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition
Have been in Salt Lake for a week now and have only been able to write 4 new emails.
Not exactly what I had planned...
So, instead of catching up, I've actually fallen behind.
Amazingly, each day in Salt Lake adds to the list of stories to tell.
When I started there were almost a 100 names on my email list,
then I added those along the way, then the firemen,
the news media, and on and on it goes...
The list is now well over 250...
Then each time I add someone I have to make sure they have all the previous mail
so they can follow right along - A nightmare in itself.
In addition, my ISP provider has built in Spam protection
so when I send out a mailing it thinks I'm sending SPAM
instead of the priceless adventure stories you have come to enjoy.
Yesterday I started at 11 am and worked till 2 am and was only able to complete 4 emails
what with all the back flips and cartwheels necessary to get the mails on their way.
There's such a tremendous backlog of stories and photos to share,
it's about to drive me insane...
Made a few phone calls and found a SMTP Server program that has no limitations on emails sent...
"Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition!!!"
So, finally I can concentrate on the Message rather than the Medium.
Have sent several now and it seems to be working fine.
It is called PostCast Server.
You might want to check it out at www.postcast.com
There have been 15 emails to date..
.
From now on will start numbering them so you can make sure you have them all
and keep them in proper order.
I'm pretty close to getting this all worked out.
Oh, Happy Days!!!
The best is yet to come...
Warmest Regards,
