Football Friday Night #3

Kids,

The following Friday,
I arrived in Carroll, Iowa around dusk.

As luck would have it,
I arrived just in time to catch a few firemen
on their way the Football Game to direct traffic
and man the Emergency Squad.

Get this, it was Homecoming to boot,
the third week in a row!!!

We took a shot at the fire house just to be sure,
then headed to the stadium.

Just as before, the Flag went up during the National Anthem
and the Game soon began.

The Crowd was quite large and enthusiastic

as these pictures can atest.

Afterwards, the cheerleaders came over

for the standard group shot and program signing.

Later, when the crowds finally dispursed,

it was back to the fire house to celebrate the victory
and turn in for the night.

PS.

While we had a good time at the Game,
it wasn't until the next morning that the real fun began.
