Global Essay Contest.
 
The rules are
"Exactly The Same"
except
"The Deadline"
has been extended to
February 24th.

However, 
"This Year's Theme"
is similar and yet
"Different"
 
Let me explain...
 
The contest is still called
Liberty Enlightening the World
Lincoln & Liberty
because
"That Is The Foundation"
but this year
three additional themes were added
due to a variety of circumstances.
