you could go to the parents and say

"If You Are Not In Agreement"
"Join A Regular Troop!!"

"Wear The 1910 Uniform"

"Follow The Corresponding Curricula & Standards"
and
"Conduct"
"Ourselves Accordingly"
providing
"The Opportunity"

"Experience"

what it was like

would be based on
